Let me congratulate you on another very well written article! What you express here is very true, and I can totally relate. You’re absolutely right, we must not regret the past, but rather we must live in the present moment and concentrate on working towards a better future. As the song says, “Un jour à la fois” (One day at a time)! In my teens, I was going through a period of not really knowing what I wanting to do in life, and I was regretting all the mistakes I’ve made and wishing I could just go back and change things around. But I’ve realized that it wasn’t getting me anywhere, and I’ve learned the importance of learning from my mistakes. And I feel that things are slowly but surely coming along on the positive side!
