Love is sweet, love is kind
It isn’t just a piece of mind
Love is something you need to give
Something that we share and believe
Love doesn’t mind you
To cry a tear or two
But true love isn’t sad
It’s never bad.
Love is unique
Something like an antique
When it’s broken
It seems to be forsaken
But then someone comes and see the gold
All that’s scattered now is whole to hold.
What is love, you ask
Well, it’s something that can never be fully described
It’s different to everyone
And it’s really up to you to decide.
Love is powerful yet can be weak
Something that everyone seems to seek
Love is mindful and understanding
When everything falls
It’ll be the last one standing
Though it seems like a small matter
Never judge emotion by its size
Understand what love is
You’ll see what a world there is.

The emotions have a major impact on our physical health, and while positive emotions can help us deal with stress, negative emotions can have the opposite effect, even manifesting into intense physical pain in your body.
This may explain why a new study found that psychological interventions are extremely effective at reducing back pain (along with depression and health-related quality of life).
Researchers evaluated 22 trials of patients with low back pain that had persisted for three months or more. Psychological interventions, including *biofeedback, relaxation, *hypnosis and behavioral techniques were reviewed, along with 12 pain-related outcomes such as pain intensity, depression, disability and pain interference.
They found that psychological interventions were superior to standard treatments for the entire range of pain-related outcomes. What’s more, the psychological techniques had the greatest and most consistent effect on reduction in pain intensity.
But even that the psychological treatments don’t carry the potential side effects that many pain medications do.
*Biofeedback is a treatment technique in which people are trained to improve their health by using signals from their own bodies.
*Hypnosis is a state of mind in which a person’s conscious critical thinking mind is bypassed and communication with the subconscious mind is established

Here are a few thoughts of my own:
1. It is not the words …. the attitude that goes with the words is what counts.
2. Traits that are intrinsic to your personality are acceptable, even if I don’t like them. Probably because I have no other choice other than accepting them.
3. Keep dreaming about the past, and you’ll wake up finding yourself unable to drive your car coz fuel is old technology and the hydrogen energy is in use.
4. A difficult situation is an opportunity to understand myself better.
5. Don’t judge others according to your own expectations.
6. Be smart enough to know your limits.
7. I really believe in the saying: “If you think you can or can not do it, you are probably right in both cases”. Therefore, I say: Think positive, and act accordingly.
8. “Positive thinking” is not synonymous to “dreaming”!!
9. “Seeing” is different from “Perceiving”; just like “Hearing” is different from “Listening”.
10. “I think” is not synonymous to “I believe”.
11. If you are not sincere, then better not do it. Believe me, it won’t be effective.
12. Patience, by definition, starts when you say: “I can’t take it any longer”.
